These terms are here to keep things fair for everyone using BhashaBadlo, not to bury you in legal language. By using the site, you're agreeing to the points below — read them, they're short.

The service, as it stands

BhashaBadlo is provided free of charge, exactly as it currently works, with no guarantee that it'll always be online, always fast, or always translate perfectly. We put real effort into keeping it reliable, but this is a free tool run without a dedicated uptime team behind it — treat it accordingly.

Fair use

To keep the service free and fast for everyone, requests are rate-limited to 20 per minute per visitor. That limit is generous enough for normal use — typing, correcting, retranslating — but if you're running automated scripts against it or otherwise trying to work around the limit, we reserve the right to block that access so it doesn't degrade the experience for other people.

Accuracy isn't guaranteed

Every translation on this site is machine-generated, not reviewed by a human. Machine translation is genuinely good for everyday use, but it can still get idioms, slang, technical terminology, or long and complex sentences wrong — inputs are also capped at 480 characters per request specifically because quality tends to drop on long text. Don't use this for legal, medical, or other situations where a wrong word could cause real harm; see the Disclaimer for more on this.

Connecting social accounts

If you connect a social account like X to post translations directly, whatever gets posted under that connection is your responsibility — we're just the tool that sends it, not a publisher reviewing content before it goes out. You can disconnect at any time simply by clearing your browser session; there's nothing further to revoke on our end since we never store the token long-term.

Things can change

This is an actively developed, independently run project, not a fixed commercial product — features may be added, changed, or removed as it evolves. If something you relied on disappears, we're genuinely open to hearing about it through the Contact page.
